Nut Loaf

here’s how we recommend cooking our walnut and shiitake nut loaf:

  1. Preheat your oven to 160c

  2. Remove the nut loaf from its outer packaging, but leave the inner layer on. This helps it steam and cook evenly

  3. Place the loaf in to the middle of the oven

  4. After 25 minutes, flip the loaf over
    Allow to cook for another 25 minutes

  5. Remove the loaf from the oven Carefully unwrap and discard the inner layer
    Increase the oven temperature to 200C

  6. Place the unwrapped loaf back in the hot oven Cook for 5 more minutes until it has formed a nice crust

  7. Remove the nut loaf & let it rest for 30 mins

  8. Slice & Enjoy!
